Rachel Hiller
Rachel has been a big part of Repose for many years and recently had the opportunity to manage the studio. She’s the girl if you have any membership queries, help if you’re lacking motivation or If you’re starting your fitness journey.
Rachel likes to focus on technique in her classes and believes exercise should be for everyone and can help adjust exercises for beginners, pregnant women or people with injuries. Rachel also offers a range of massages in the wellness cabin and hopes to add reflexology to her skill set soon.

Nadine Jarvis
Nadine is a personal trainer/fitness instructor and has been at Repose for 8 years now. Her classes always offer a good mix of strength and cardio training, be prepared to sweat it out!

Jackie Hunt
Jackie has been a practicing PT and studio instructor for 25 years she is qualified In Naturopathic medicine and teaches Qi Gong. Her power plate classes are always high energy and you never leave without a smile and a full body workout

Kelly has been one of the team here at Repose since 2013 she is a qualified personal trainer and Power plate instructor as well as our resident nutrition coach and often runs our 6 weeks to success meal plans.

Niamh is a professionally trained dancer and personal trainer. As well as being part of the Repose team, Niamh also has taught circuit, spin and reformer pilates! However, don’t be fooled by her friendly northern charm, you won’t leave the studio without doing your fair share of burpees!

Julia is passionate about health and fitness and knows physical exercise not only has a positive effect on the body, it is a great way to decrease stress and improve emotional well-being. Her power plate classes are intense, demanding and different every time.
Robyn
Allen
Robyn Allen
Robyn has gained over 650 hours of specific Yoga training and 250 hours of bodywork and bio-energetic trainings. Attending over a decade’s worth of workshops and trainings to further her love and passion of yoga, meditation, bodywork and spirituality in her spare time. Robyn is committed to living a yogic path and this influences her style of teaching.
Robyn’s classes provide a safe space where you can go inwards, relax, heal and nurture your whole self. Classes at Repose focus on unwinding key areas of problematic tensions and take you into deep meditation or relaxation to close. Regular Sound Bath events are designed to bring you back to homeostasis and deep relaxation. You can expect to leave feeling floaty, grounded, relaxed and reconnected to yourself.
